One of the guys is leaned too far forward. He's trying to mimic the running poses he's seen on TV, but never done it before. He's going to lose his balance and have to slow down to stand up again. The starting stance is off on pretty much all of them, but that guy's is the worst. There's also a matter of muscle mass- The guy with a really bulky upper body has too much weight. That'll slow him down. For running, the guy third from the right has the best build- Lean and slim but still toned muscle.
The guy holding his arms out behind him is definitely not very good at this, also.
