Yes, I agree. As much as I love the ARK, and what it represents, everything on it is artificial - the lights, the heating and cooling, stuff like that. And time is relative as well...so the days tend to blur together if you don't have a well-defined schedule.

[Maria smile is a little bittersweet. It's been her dream to live on Earth again, happy and healthy, with her entire family. That is, her close family - mother and father - as well as her grandfather, and Shadow as well, of course. She only just met her cousin Ivo, but...he's so, so much older than she is. It feels like she missed the opportunity to really get to know him, even if she can at least talk to him now, and get that chance a little bit.]

The winter is...more difficult than I expected, but I still think I like it much, much more. Feeling the wind, the snow, even getting to see the day and night cycle...it feels like something I've taken for granted for a long time. I never knew how much I'd miss all of that.
