[Maria wouldn't mind talking about it, if asked, but it is sort of a massive downer of a topic to discuss, considering the nature of her illness. It's fatal, life-threatening, and extremely restrictive in how it governs her very existence and life. She has to have faith that her grandfather and Shadow can find a cure, and a lot of recent encounters lead her to believe that...she won't make it in time to find that cure, or live her dreams.

Yes, I'm very thankful to have been given this opportunity. It seemed almost like a dream before I showed up here, and of course I would love the company!!
