[You're going to find Rapunzel all over, pretty much, touching in on quite a few things. Definitely helping with those lanterns and possibly covered in some dust while she helps clean. (And hair braided to keep it all up and out of the way.) Quite possibly helping brainstorm ideas for hanging several strands of garland and a show-stopping wreath for one of the squares. By midday she's positively glowing with the Winter Stardust, most of the snowflakes gracing her skin seem to resemble a particular flower... (Suspicious...)
Currently, though, you'll find her looking over a book vender's stall with some candied walnuts in hand. They're still warm as she pops another in her mouth, switching the bag in her hands so that the clean one is what picks up the next book that catches her eye.]
"One hundred and one ways to darn you clothes in creative ways"... I suppose it could take embroidering it all later on out of the equation. [Rapunzel happens to notice you're there beside her, perhaps browsing or just passing by.] Do you prefer your darning plain or elaborate?

[Someone has managed to convince her to put on ice skates. Lord knows who. (Maybe one of the penguins...)
But it turns out she's quite the natural!
Still, when the fireworks start going off she seems to lose all abilities and slips and falls with the first loud BOOM that goes off, arms flailing and everything. Have a yelp thrown in for free, too, not that you can hear it over following bangs and booms.
You might be tempted to help the girl up, but she's staring wide-eyed up at the exploding lights in the sky. For her, these are new! Fireworks? Nah, she's got lanterns. But these...she might like these... Even if they're horribly loud.
So her voice is a little awed, and probably hard to hear because she's speaking kinda softly:] Aren't they beautiful?
Farmland Follies
[She...may or may not have given up on getting her chosen cow back home. Rapunzel is currently laying on the back of one of the larger black ones, fingers buried in the fur. She's almost tempted to bury her nose in it because it's so soft but wet fur is...not her favorite smell, she's found.]
Don't you want to go back to your pen? It's nice and dry there, I'm sure. [Rapunzel, it's not.] And I'm sure your friends miss you; you're very good company. [Maybe she hasn't completely given up on it.]
Did You Say Lodge?
[The blonde has...spent the better part of the morning at the lodge building snowmen; and thanks to her artistic skill, she's made quite lifelike versions of her friends from home. Including Maximus! And maybe one of Gunther's little ceramic unicorn figures...
But feel free to spot yourself amongst the snowpeople! For she's also taking in inspiration from passersby. And feel free to take offense to your portrayal and beam it with a snowball. Or miss by accident and hit her, she's not had a snowball fight yet.
Then later on, find her sitting in one of the sleighs, waiting for someone to join her. And far from being bored, she's having a grand time talking to the driver. About...pudding...????]
