Well... it's not just that I'm patient with everyone there, really -- the academy I'm the head of is resilient. It's seen multiple incidents that threatened its ability to keep educating generations after mine and survived them.

I can trust everyone there to hold their own whether I'm there or not. I want to think that goes a long way, too.
