[ Eursulon isn't sure how to make use of himself in this strange new world. He agreed to come here, because improving matter through small acts of kindness sounded like the kind of way someone could earn themselves honor, and it also sounded like something his true friend Ame would encourage him to do. But to be honest, he feels a bit lost among the busy, crowded Winter festival and market. So, when he hears that a local farmer's herd of cattle has escaped, he jumps at the opportunity to prove himself useful. It's not quite as grand of a quest as he is used to, but it's a quest nonetheless!

Which is how one can find him standing in the middle of a wide snowy pasture, standing and seemingly having a deep, meaningful conversation with a small gathering of cattle. He is not exchanging words, per se, but there is a look of genuine understanding on his face as he stands face to face with a large bull, and eventually he inclines his head to press it gratefully to the bull's forehead. Pulling away, the words he speaks to the bull can be heard. ]

Thank you, brother. Your cooperation will not go unrewarded.

[ It's then that he notices he's not alone. When he looks up and sees someone standing there, he looks a bit caught out for a moment-- and is that a trick of the light, or did his eyes just flash from bright, shining gold back to dark brown?

He clears his throat and addresses the newcomer. ]

These cows will return to the farm now. They didn't mean to cause the farmer any concern, they simply wanted some time to roam free and enjoy the fresh snow.

[ Eursulon opts not to participate in either the cold plunge or the hot springs, but he does enjoy a mug of hot chocolate by the hearth inside the lodge, finally feeling able to warm up a bit both physically and emotionally. He would prefer to listen to others share stories of themselves, but when prompted will open up a bit more about himself. ]

Me...? Well... My name is Bear, of Toma. Up until recently, I was working as an actor...? But for the past few months, I have been serving as guardian and protector to my true friends, the Wizard Sky and Ame, Witch of the World's Heart.

[ Later on, after most everyone has retired to the bedrooms in the lodge, people might be wondering where Bear has disappeared to? But no one will find him inside the lodge. It's not unless anyone goes around back to poke their head into the stables that they will find him, bedding down in the hay next to the horses which pulled the sleighs earlier. ]
